We treat custom and non-custom products differently:
- Non-custom products
We offer a 30-day return policy on non-customisable products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. - Custom / personalised products
For custom-made products, because they are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for them. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

Yes ! To ensure your satisfaction, for custom products, we’ll send you a digital preview before production.
This allows you to review the design and request small adjustments if necessary, so everything looks perfect before printing or embroidery begins.
